Job Summary

To support its expansion, Euronext Corporate Services is looking for a seasoned expert in sales administration for the creation of a Sales Administration department. Main activities will cover:

  • Ensure effectiveness of the Quote to Cash (Q2C) process
  • Work with the sales team to ensure accuracy of the information in the CRM
  • Oversee the production of the billing files
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators for the Q2C process
  • Propose recommendations to improve the efficiency of the overall sales administration department
  • Manage the sales administration team
  • Implement new software that supports the finance process

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the sales administration department of Euronext Corporate Services. She or he will work on the effectiveness of its process and make sure of the quality of the information produced. She/He will work with the sales team to make sure valid and accurate information is populated in the CRM, guarantee that the billing information is correct and supervise the production of the billing files to be shared with the finance department. It is expected the successful candidate will contribute to the improvement of existing process by way of recommendation and identification of potential solutions.

As a manager, the successful candidate will manage the sales administration team. He/she will be expected to be proactive and rigorous in the execution of her/his missions.

Key Accountabilities

  • Be responsible for the Quote to cash process (Q2C)
  • Oversee KYC process as part of the on boarding of new clients
  • Prepare billing information, validate billing information with Sales team and submission to Finance for invoicing
  • Answer clients requests on invoices in cooperation with the AR team
  • Ensure accuracy of information reported by Sales team in the CRM (HubSpot) Keep master data up to date based on input reported in the CRM

Profile

THE TEAM

The European expansion of our Advisory & IR Solutions business is a strategic pillar for the coming years. While serving clients in France, Belgium and other European markets, the Shareholder Analysis team is committed to meeting clients' needs beyond, supporting their IR strategies and providing the best tools for successful investor engagement. Our team also accompanies the European implementation of the Shareholder Rights Directive II (SRD II), which is set to unlock business potential across the European Economic Area. The data collected will be clearer and standardized across all geographical areas, enabling greater transparency and shareholder engagement.

JOB SUMMARY

The Shareholder Analysis team provides market intelligence and advice to listed companies subscribing to shareholder identification services. Be part of a dynamic entrepreneurial team with wide range of experiences. Build deep relationships with corporate issuers to understand their Investor Relations needs and to provide solutions using full range of Euronext Advisory & IR Solutions services. Work with Analysts to build reports analysing ownership of client shares by institutional investors.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

As Analyst Shareholder Analysis, you will:

  • Produce Shareholder Analysis Reports (SHAN) & help build client relationships in France, Belgium, Norway, the Netherlands, Italy etc.
  • Understand the role of an Investor Relations Officer and how Shareholder Analysis services the IR function
  • Analyse local share registers with Shareholders Rights Directive II and complete shareholder analysis reports for listed companies in Europe of all market sizes and sectors
  • Understand institutional shareholding movements and provide intelligence on investor behaviour.
  • Able to explain to client movements in shareholder base vs. market/sector/peers

Summary of the role

This position is for a team lead in the Compliance Services product line, responsible for software development activities of ComplyLog and all regulatory technology solutions for issuers and advisors. It involves a hands-on technical leadership role.

50% of the time will be dedicated to writing high-quality, production-ready code and the remaining 50% will be dedicated to managing the team: mentoring the team, addressing challenges, supporting career growth, and actively participating in coaching and training initiatives.

The key accountabilities for this role are

  • Lead a tech team of 5+ developers in software development initiatives and translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications.
  • Design robust, scalable, and cost-efficient end-to-end cloud solutions customized to meet product specifications.
  • Elevate team performance through regular one-on-one meetings, constructive feedback, and fostering individual growth.

Key Accountabilities

You will complete a broad variety of tasks as part of the programme management office leading a transformational multi-year programme spanning all four Euronext Securities locations (Copenhagen, Milan, Oslo, Porto).

Euronext Amsterdam, oldest stock exchange in the world

Heart of the Dutch financial capital market

Euronext Amsterdam is located in the lively city centre of Amsterdam at the historical exchange building at Beursplein 5. This historical building is the heart of the Dutch financial capital market. With around 35 tenant companies all active in the ecosystem of the Amsterdam stock exchange, our building functions as a trading, knowledge and network centre in Amsterdam and the Netherlands.

About the department

The Euronext Amsterdam team consists of over 120 professionals. The HR team in Amsterdam consists of an HR Director, an HR Business Partner and an HR Officer. The team is responsible for handling all HR matters for Euronext Amsterdam, but also cooperating with other (local) HR teams across the Euronext Group.

The HR Business Partner will need to be proactive, able to perform a wide variety of tasks and be passionate about adding value by offering the best possible HR support to multiple departments at Euronext Amsterdam. You will coach, consult and advise management on all HR-related matters. By building and maintaining a strong internal network, you are able to advice pro-actively on HR topics and take appropriate action. Besides that you are responsible for local HR projects and/or participate in some HR group projects.

The VIE IT Internal Audit is part of the group Internal Audit team located in Paris, Porto, Oslo and Milan and covering the entire group i.e. all locations and all entities. The VIE will be located in our Milan offices. 

The Internal Audit team supports Euronext in achieving its objectives by providing independent, objective reasonable assurance and advisory services to help management evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management, control and governance processes. The main ambition for 2024 is maintaining a high quality effective, efficient and independent internal audit function with expert auditors bringing added value to Euronext through pertinent audit reports and recommendations.

Key Accountabilities

The IT Internal Audit VIE will be considered as a member of the IT team and the Internal Audit group-wide community. In this sense he/she will contribute to the execution of the audit plan. He/she participates to the different internal audit missions to which he/she is assigned, contributing to all phases of an internal audit mission: the diagnostic phase, investigation phase and writing of recommendations and audit report, debriefing and issuing of the audit report and to the recommendation follow up.

This implies to:

  • Identify and evaluate risks (of the relevant process scope or entity depending on the topic of the mission) to be included in the audit scope.
  • Participate to understanding meetings with auditees
  • Contribute to the definition of the internal audit work program and perform the audit work on a given scope.
  • Investigate, analyze and identify potential weaknesses or anomalies.
  • Propose recommendations addressing the root cause in order to remediate on the identified weaknesses.
  • Document all the audit work following the Internal Auditing International Standards.
  • Attend clearance meetings with the different stakeholders (from individual contributors to Managing Board members).
  • Follow-up recommendations to ensure correct implementation and closure.
  • potentially participate to the Continuous monitoring and Risk Assessment Annual exercise to define the following year audit plan.
  • Contribute to the Internal Audit Community.

The VIE will contribute to identifying and reducing risks to Information Systems (alignment of the IT strategy to the business, application development lifecycle, IS project management, IS architecture, IS security, IT continuity, etc.), and improving the organization's operations. The IT VIE will learn how to understand the business challenges and how Information Systems are enabling them. The VIE must be able to write and express him/herself in English and will be given the opportunity to learn the local language.

  • Being between 18 to 28 years old
  • Having a European nationality

Education

  • Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security, Cyber Security, or a related field.

Experience

  • Experience in basic installation/configuration/administration of an Operating System
  • Basic experience in any application/automation/programming language/scripting
  • Basic knowledge of database concepts and query
  • Concepts of availability, confidentiality, integrity
  • Basic networking knowledge
  • Excellent skills with office suite software (word processors, spreadsheets, presentation programs)
  • Knowledge of a Database Management System is a plus
  • Knowledge of a programming language is a plus
  • Knowledge of project management techniques is a plus
  • Knowledge in financial services and/or internal audit is a plus
  • Knowledge of the European financial regulations is a plus

Summary of the role and description of the team

As a Service Desk Analyst, you are responsible for providing first-line support to our clients via phone and email. Your primary tasks involve resolving inquiries and technical issues related to all ECS  products in a timely and professional manner.

Besides resolving requests and issues from customers and colleagues, the Service Desk is also responsible for monitoring of our current (and future) AWS platforms, testing of new features and releases, updating documentation and maintaining a stable bridge between our customer's needs and our product team.

This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to troubleshoot problems efficiently.

The ECS Service Desk is an advanced level Support environment, with a unique possibility to learn and gain experience on various types of expertise, such as video editing, webcasting, compliance, investor relations.

Key responsabilities

  • Respond to incoming support requests via phone and email in accordance to our SLAs
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for further investigation and resolution
